Returns and Refunds
As the Callyboo products are personalized for the buyer, it is not possible to return a product unless it is defective.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please complete the following steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the item, outlining how it is defective, sending photographs if that is possible, and confirm whether you would like a refund or a replacement product.
- Callyboo will respond to your email within 48 hours.
- Return the item in its original packaging, together with a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must be returned within 14 days of the despatch date. Items returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will send you confirmation that the refund has been processed.
Refunds will only be made to the original method of payment that was used. It is not possible to refund to an alternative account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you have requested a replacement product, this item will be despatched within the standard dispatch period. If you need the item sooner please do let us know and we will endeavor to accommodate your request.
We suggest that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If for any reason we do not receive a returned item, you will need to follow this up with the carrier you used to return the item.
